  • The restaurant of UNITEC's School of Gastronomy, 9 PATRIAS, focuses on Honduran cuisine, inspired by the 9 indigenous and Afro-descendant peoples of the Honduran territory.

  • Their menu is updated seasonally to offer fresh and exciting options throughout the year.

Task
  • Execute a successful digital launch for the new 9 PATRIAS menu, incorporating updated content pillars and graphic design elements to re-energize the brand and effectively target our desired audience

Actions
  • Created a new content strategy

  • Transformed our copies into textes that tells the story of the restaurant: how each dish is born, how it integrates into our culture, who creates it, and why you should experience it

  • Successfully accomplished the client KPIs reservation goal (100%) with the media ad department.
